What we do
From the first drawing to the front door.
One team plans, builds and finishes your project, so you have a single place to ask and a single team responsible.
Design & build
One team from the first drawing to the finished building: plans, structure, services and finishes.
Renovation
Extensions, upgrades and repairs that give an existing home or shop a new life.
Interiors
Kitchens, wardrobes, ceilings and finishes that make a space ready to live in.
Architecture
Plans and elevations drawn for your plot, your budget and the way you live.
How we build
Step by step, beam by beam.
- 01PlanWe walk the plot with you, agree the brief and budget, and draw it up.
- 02FoundationThe building is set out on site and the foundations are laid to the structural design.
- 03StructureColumns, beams and slabs in reinforced concrete, with careful steel placing and shuttering.
- 04Walls & servicesBrickwork, then plumbing and electrical lines, each in its proper order.
- 05FinishesPlastering, flooring, paint and interiors bring the building to life.
- 06HandoverThe finished building is handed over, ready for you to move in.
Progress, tracked daily
Every site, on one screen.
ABI Builders runs several housing projects at once across Thoothukudi and follows each one's progress daily on a construction-management app, so the team always knows where every site stands.
